General
♡ I reserve the right to reject your commission for any reason.
♡ You have only 3 changes on the sketch stage. Next changes charge extra €.
♡ Consider that I can take up to 1-3 months before being able to work on your commission. It depends on the workload, complexity and queue (usually it takes not more than 1-2 weeks).
♡ I hold the rights over my commissions. I reserve the right to livestream and record the creation of the artwork, unless we agree otherwise.
User Agreement
♡ By commissioning me, you agree to all following terms.
♡ You agree to the policy of using the commissioned work for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated.
Payment
♡ Payment upfront OR 50% of the agreed-upon price upfront and 50% when the sketch is approved.
♡ Sketches and "1 Week" Deadlines have to be paid fully upfront!
♡ I begin the commission work only after I get the payment.
♡ The payment mode is PayPal, but we can make exceptions in some scenarios.
♡ The payment is final and non-refundable, except if I don’t fulfill my obligations.
♡ Prices are based on EUR and exclude the PayPal fee.
♡ All the prices are estimated and can be changed.
♡ For PERSONAL use only. For commercial use, the rights must be purchased (x2 the price. Live2D, emotes and panels are not charged for this extra).
Delivery
♡ I will deliver the commissioned art as a high-resolution PNG file (Vtuber model in .psd format) via google drive link. You will receive a download link to access the file within 24 hours after the commission is done. Please make sure to download and save the file within 7 days, as the link will expire after that.
